Resizing charts and boxes in tiny increments

Hi all - I need to make some 1mm adjustments to the side of the green box as per the arrow below so it matches the width of the text boxes below it (I also need to do the same with some graphs).    The three light green boxes are separate text boxes, the dark green "header"is one tbox.

Align Top won't work here as it wipes out the top box and Align Left/Right compresses the three boxes into one.   Using the mouse also doesn't work as it's too small and always overshoots.

I've worked out holding CTRL moves the whole box in tiny increments, so is there a way to resize in tiny increments ?

Did you try with Text Object Properties -> Caption

Works perfectly.   Knew there would be a simple solution, just couldn't find it.

Somewhat stupidly now I know, but I didn't try this as the tab indicates it's just for the caption instead of the whole box.
