Restricting Date

Hello Guys,

           i want date (Recvddate In image)  1 Apr 2014 onwards ,so i applied condition as shown in attached picture, but still it is taking all dates from 2011 to 2014 ? Please reply how can i solve this asap

Is RecvdDate interpreted as a date? If not, the comparison will not work.
