[Retail/whole sale distribution]Can QV do consolidate data from lots vendors ?

Assume that a super market with lots of vendors, do QV can do a consolidate data between super market and vendors and then doing analysis to transfer information(planning, forecasting demand and supply, etc...) to vendors ?

Input data may be from vendors, super market.

Output data will be from BI system.

If QV can do or having case studies related, please sharing.

Yes you can consoildate data from Different super markets and vendors and do analysis like Stock status in each super market, Buying trend of Each Market to each vendor.

based on the Sales thru% and Reordering level you can also recommend which product need to be purchased from which Vendor... etc.

Yea, QV can consolidate the data betwwen super market and vendor .

There should be proper link between both data sources. you can develop BI system based on that data.

Hi,

You cant use Qlikview for inputting data from Vendors or others as you can do it in and ERP or CRM applications.

But if you want to enter targets or some inputs based on which you need to forecast or do analysis on other data (here data input will be less) , can be done in Qlikview.
