Read them yourself using your eyeballs. Otherwise you will need an ODBC connection.

are you reading data from a spreadhseet? If so, when you go through the tables file wizard, it will display the names of the spredsheets in the Excel file. If there are more than 1 sheet that you need to read from, you will need to do a seperate load for each sheet, and change the name
Like Gysbert said, only throught ODBC. In older versions you could reference to a sheet with @1 for the first sheet, @2 for the second sheet etc but this isn't working anymore!
An external vbs-script triggered per execute-statement might be an alternatively:
