Rolling 12 months for trendline

Hi,

I need help in creating line chart. Below are details.

X-Axis - Dimension - Months

Y-Axis - Metric - Sales

I need to display trend line for rolling 12 months (each month is cumulative sum of last 12 months). Please guide in achieving the same.
