Already i downloaded that svg image and loaded the location path.

but the map is not display.

i think my excel file have an problem. i attached the excel format can you check it.

in my excel sheet have a column  code 2 that is my region id  i don't know whether  it is correct or wrong?

I think the word document attached previously has techniques to define colors.  Please check it .

after that one more question if i move the mouse on the edge of map only the popup show.

eg:

if i move the mouse into dubai area the popup does not show.

i mean inside of the map
