Same data in two columns

Hallo,

I've created a little sample to make an example (see attachments).

The problem is: I have two events and a list of users for every event. The real users are the same people (e. g. my colleagues).

I want to select a colleague and see everything he has done: both event 1 and event 2.

What I need is a single user dimension.

For example: if I choose Carlito, I want to see ID 1-3-6-9-10.

How to do it?
