Schedule for relaoding

Hi,

What are the different ways we can relaod the data at the specific interval and which is the best option to have the recent data. we have number many customers so there will be multiple QVW files and all the files has to be relaoded with latest data.

If you are on V9 you can refresh the documents using the server management console otherwise you can use scheduled tasks

Open a notepad file and save the following script

cd c:\
cd Program Files\QlikView\
Qv.exe /r C:\Qlikview\FileName.qvw

Select File----Save As--- Give it a Name with extension .bat and save it in the location C:\Qlikview

Server management Console or the Windows task Scheduler which will be best in terms of performance.

If i am going to redsitribute in terms some of QVW files will be scheduled through the Windows task Scheduler and the some of the QVW files will be scheduled through the Server management Console. Will there any performance Degradation???

The Server Management console is more reliable and has better performance for me
