You can create a Reload task in QEMC. Go to the Qlikview document in QEMC from the folder structure and Add Task on the right (You will see an + green symbol)

Enable the Perform Reload when you create the task.

After that if you want, you can create another task for distribution either to access point or as pdf to users Inbox depends upon your requirement.
