Scroll bar in text box

Is there anyway I can show a scroll bar in a text box?

On the General tab of the properties screen check the vertical and/or horizontal scrollbar options.

Thank you for this.  I now see how this works

However, now I have out the scroll bar I think I need to rethink my layout.

I am writing a Help Page and am using a Text Box to appear on the left of the screen.  There will be alot of content in the text box but I will need to make some parts Bold and some parts normal text, so I have written text boxes within the large text box I.e

	Hello
	This page shows

It now appears that the scroll bar on the large text box ignores my smaller text boxes wihtin it

Can you suggest how I can get the scroll bar to go past the other text boxes and accomodate the text boxes?

In my case was selecting in

Aspect - Presentation - Responsive dropdown - Select none

then the text stops adjusting and scroll bar appears, didn't find it like the solution comented on here.
