Scrool bar in reports not works with Chrome

Hi  all:

My laptop is an HP Elitebook2,

When I use Qlikview with Chrome:

1) In reports not appears the excel export icon

2) the scroll bars ( horizontal & vertical ) doesn't works

I have also  tested with Explorer, Mozilla and I have similar issues.

Can you help me ?

Is export to excel option is enabled? Do you mind to share a screenshot of your issue?

Yes, is enabled.

The issue is only with my laptop HP Elitebook 2.

If I login in other PC or Laptop it works...
