Search-replace function

Hi,

My data has a column called Keywords where some of the keywords have quotation marks " or brakets []. For example:

"yellow house"

"yellow gate"

[red house]

I would like to clean this field by removing quotations and brakets so it looks like this:

yellow house

yellow gate

red house

How can I do this in QV?

Hi,

Use the function PurgeChar:

PurgeChar(FieldName, '"[]')
