Section Access help

Hi all,

I need some help with section access please. I have attached my files, I am loading in an inline table plus a security spreadsheet, but i can't get it to accept anything from the spreadsheet even though it IS loading the data into the QVW.

Can anyone help please?

Anyone have any ideas please?

the example file you have uploaded you will need to add an *,admin, admin,*,* to so people can check the load script.

Hi I have reloaded the data and I am logging in as TEST0 and QV without problem, ensure you are using uppercase when logging on as section access uppercases login id's

Hi, thanks both for looking.

It seems that it is accepting some id's but not all.

Some of the ones not being accepted are :

CM007, QV

CH004, QV

JB050,  QV

AK150, QV

SUTTON, SUTTON (although i think that is because the NTNAME isnt found)

Also, my NTNAME is at the bottom of the spreadsheet, but it keeps prompting me for a useris and password.

I believe you can enter the USERID ans upper or lowercase. - i have tried both anyway with the above names with no success.

I think this is down to the spelling, it is CMO07 not CM007 etc, its a ltter not a number

Hi, it seems you are right regarding the CM007 and CH004. but its not right for the other 2 or my NTNAME.

The only difference i can see is that there are *'s for those 3 for COUNTRY and PROJECTCODE.

I want those users to see ALL COUNTRIES/PROJECTCODES.
