Section Access

I have a new user that I've added to section access but they can't see the dashboard. The Users name has an apostrophe in it, could this be the problem?

I have tried in this qvw some possibilities, and there is no limitation (here you have some credentials to see the doc attached)

     USERID:           ADMIN

     PASSWORD:     ADMIN

Will the names with an apostrophe in work?

In the qvw there are other users: "Julián", "école", Luca's" with the password "psw" that work propperly

ok, thanks. In that case there must be another reason why my user can't access the document
