Select only certain values of a field for a selection box

Hello community,

It seems easy but I actually need your help. Lets say I created a list of 10 KPIs in script already in a table "KPI". Now I need a selection box for "KPI" but it should show only 5 by me defined values out of the 10 in the "KPI" table. How can you do that?

Background: I created a reduced version of a dash board and it should have less options in the selection box for a user friendlier UI. If you need more information, plz just let me know
