Selecting on what's NOT in a text field (multiple strings)

My data has a text field that contains status info like "shipped" "on backorder" "in progress" etc - there's a whole series of them.

How can I create an action button (or some other method) that selects all rows that are not "shipped" and also not "on backorder"?  I can't just click on "in progress" because then I lose all the others.  I don't need it to be dynamic - it'll always be the same terms I'm excluding from my list.

I'd appreciate details - this is my first week working with Qlikview so I'm still finding my way around!
