Semantic Load

Hi,

In the verge of trying to understand the concept of semantic load i did happen to go through the link Self-referential database objects

wherein i found the attached application.

I am unable to understand why B is appearing under the list of Parent though its a child.

Could someone please explain the logic behind the same
