Send to Excel Defaults to Swedish Krona - Resolution?

Hi.

Had a user notice this same issue today:

Under user preferences, the box "Use Regional Settings for Send to Excel" is checked, and the default region in the Control Panel is set to "English (United States)".

Does anyone have a resolution? Is this a bug?
