Send to excel not working

Hi All,

I am trying to add print and send to excel option in my chart, its adding, but when I do a web view of it , i am not able to see "send to excel" option. I have checked the qmc also, the option is checked there.

I dont understand how Print option is working and send to excel is not working. I am openning my application in IE .

If you right-click on the chart, do you see "Send to Excel" on the shortcut menu?

when web web is turn off I can see send to excel and print both but in web web only print option

I don't know what you mean by web web.

If you see send to excel with the Ajax client and not with the IE Plugin, maybe you need to uninstall and reinstall the plugin.
