Hi

Where can I check what caused the QlikviewServer service to stop ?

Hi,

well, nowhere in QlikView for sure.

You'll have to contact your local IT to review the server_event_logs of that particular day (and time), or write a support_ticket to your QlikView_helpdesk (with your distribution partner).

HTH

Best regards,

DataNibbler

P.S.: That is a constant issue here - they say steadfast that QlikView is the cause, I guess the opposite, but we don't have access to the server_logs, so we can never prove our innocence ...

You should check the QlikView Server Event Log on the Server (default C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer). It could be helpful to use a Application like the QlikView Governance Dashboard or the System Monitor.
