I need to spec out a QV server to run the current applications with some room for expansion for future.
At present
I have one very huge application ~5GB foot print and 30 sheets. All the sheets are very complex and have multiple expressions in every pivot table(with multiple pivot table per sheet).
We are on an AMD server 4 core with 16 GB ram.(This is an old decommissioned DB server).
The system performance is very bad. Sheet to sheet is approximately 2-3 minutes

Future
I will have the same huge app(5GB)
I will have additional 7-10 Apps each < 1GB.
Could be 25 users with <10 concurrent
New server
What I know is
Need to have INTEL server (unless AMD fixed the bug)
128 (or 256?) RAM
Would someone help out with the server spec?

Q1. Number of Users/ concurrent
Q2. Number of Application
Q3. Largest Application
Q4.Smallest Application
Q4. AVG App size
Q5. DB size (DB Size in GB, total tables & records per table)
