My server is failing the scheduled real time dashboard after every 3 hours.

I have checked connection working fine.
Are you using any database connection strings in dashboard??.. and also check is there any other heavy application scheduled at that time.
Sounds like resource issue on your server, please look for message similar to in your task log. "Allocated QlikView Engine successfully. Current usage count=5 of 30"
You might need to check how many concurrent tasks are running at that time.
Actually, dashboard are getting from qvd files at the time of loading. and yes we have used database string connection in dashboard.
Your dashboard shouldn't be loading for 3 hours to start with.
Also I will check that there isn't any script causing Cartesian join which is causing task failure.
What does your log file says when it fail?
