Services not starting after restarting server with the following error .

Hi Noman,

Check whether your account has access for all the service. If not login with the DOMAIN id it should work

Distribution Services also not starting

Kill all the qvb.exe processes running on the server.Later try to restart the services.

Maybe the server was too busy with something while starting the services or some windows service hangs since the restart. I would try a further restart.
