Session Connection lost on AccessPoint

Hi

We are currently on QV 12.4 SR3

The last week or so, users on accesspoint are complaining about losing connection every 15-20 min.

Upon looking at the event viewer on the QV server, I found the below warnings coming up.

Can someone please help me understand why this is happening?

Also check the qlikview event logs for a pattern if it's always the same document the users open for the timeout.

thanks for your reply. 

I checked the Webserver logs and compared the timestamps fro mthe event viewer at the time of failure with times in the log. There does not seem to be any pattern.

 

I have checked out the links you provided and changed the timeouts for a couple of parameters. Will wait and monitor to see if they make a difference.
