Session access problems and reducing fields

Good morning everyone, I wanna ask something about session access, on below I create a table which use BIGKEY as key to reduce fields, but we dont want the key 'ALL|ALL|ALL', we try to make "where BIGKEY <>  'ALL|ALL|ALL'" after from sentence but it doesnt work. Later on we try to do a resident table, it works in the test case but when we try to make the resident table to section access, it doesnt work again. Can anyone explain this to me or suggest some possible solutions to me? Thanks
