Set analysis help

I want a chart to display the measures of one "Region" only,

So I modified sum(ApprovedDemand)

as

sum({<Region='Region 1'>}ApprovedDemand)

but the chart says no Data to display.

What is wrong?

Make sure whether "Region 1" is the correct value or not. And syntax should be like below

sum({<Region= {'Region 1'} >}ApprovedDemand)
