Set months/year according to fiscal calendar

What is the best method of setting Qlik so that the months/years are calculated according to our yearly/monthly closing calendar? I have a table I can load in with month start and end dates if that is of help. Our year does not start on the same exact date each year. Last year it was December 14th but this year is December 15th. Our  fiscal months start and end mid calendar month on a varying day as well.

It looks like this would work if the monthly start dates were on a set day number but mine vary. For example January starts Dec15, February starts January 19, March starts Feburary 16, and so on.

I'm wondering if there is a way I can use this table to calculate a calendar or a workaround. I can pull it with SQL and it is maintained elsewhere within the company so it will update with future years as they approach.
