Hi,
I want to time out a session after 15 min of idle time. I have couple of questions regarding this:
1. I have configured the server as follows:
QMC > System > Setup > Performance > Max number of concurrent sessions : 5000
QMC > System > Setup > Performance > Max inactive session time: 900 seconds
QMC > System > Setup > Performance > Possible session timeout : 900 seconds
QMC > System > Setup > Performance > Max total session time :
Documents> User Document > Application.qvw> Max inactive session time: 900 seconds
Despite configuring the server as specified above, I notice that the application doesnt timeout after 15 min. (In fact, when we replaced 900 sec with 300 sec in all the above config, the application was timing out after 12-15 min of inactivity). I wanted to confirm if anyone else is facing this issue?
2. After the session times out, I get a popup message showing: "Lost connection to Server." After this the application reconnects to the server without re-authenticating the user. I wanted to know if there is a way to prevent reconnection after the session times out?
