Setting Variable based on User Selection

Morning everyone,

I have a multi-box setup and I want to set a number of variables based on what the user has selected.  How can I do this?

See the attached example. The text box would represent your variable, which is dependent on whether a certain selection is found within the field.

The text box was just a representation. Here is a variable being set.
