1. Shared files contain additional information about User behaviour in your document.
-->f.e. if user create bookmarks, create inputfield values etc.--> this info is all stored inside a shared file.
These files are then automatically generated in the same directory as the original *.qvw file.
2. You can read out those files and even manipulate them with a tool called "Shared file viewer" or repair them with "Shared File Repair", which are part of the "Powertools".
