Sharing bookmarks with other users

Hi,

Sharing bookmarks does not work in our environment. I have checked setup's from management console and from document properties. They should be ok, according to my knowledge and discussions in this community. Users would like to do bookmarks in AccessPoint and share them... Our version is 11.20.

There could be further settings within the qmc on document-level:

Maybe you have a problem with your shared files on the server.

A) You could either contact Qlik official support and have them look at it

or

B) You could use the Power Tools 1.2 - at your own risk, since they are unsupported:

Power Tools 1.2 for QlikView

          one of the tools is a Shared File Repair - be sure to make a backup of your shared files before you do

          anything and take the QlikView Server down while you run the tool...

Ok. creating bookmarks worked but the sharing with other usern doesn't, correct?

How do you tried it? Could you see and open these dialogs?
