I make a calendar with only weekdays or days (Monday to Friday) will work in order to make an estimate of hours employees must work within a month. The problem is that achieves know how many working days there with NETWORKDAYS function but I need to get the day (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) with the corresponding month in order to call the fields and create a small calendar.
