Show events on sales graph

i have a event table that indicates the event name, beginning date & ending date of the event. I want to somehow show these multiple events on the sales line graph. what's the best way to do it?

you can do MOM number of events on bar chart.

year wise number of evernts on line chart

you can display YTD & Previous YTD in straight table.
