I've the below straight chart table with orderlines and a total of all orderrecords.
Article | OrderNumber | SalesAmount |
---|---|---|
Total 2.025,00 | ||
Melon | 1108300 | 500,00 |
Melon | 1108300 | 250,00 |
Pumpkin | 1109477 | 750,00 |
Pumpkin | 1109477 | 400,00 |
Pumpkin | 1109477 | 125,00 |
Now I want to show the total per ordernumber like below table. How do I realize this?
Article | OrderNumber | SalesAmount |
---|---|---|
Total 2.025,00 | ||
Melon | 1108300 | 500,00 |
Melon | 1108300 | 250,00 |
SubTotal 750,00 | ||
Pumpkin | 1109477 | 750,00 |
Pumpkin | 1109477 | 400,00 |
Pumpkin | 1109477 | 125,00 |
SubTotal 1275,00 |
Hi,
U can show it in pivot table and showing sub totals on Article dimension.
Else try this in stright table, It may be works
Aggr(Sum(SalesAmount),Article)
Regards,
Khadeer
In Pivot table
Take Article and OrderNumber as Dimensions.
Take Sum(SalesAmount) as Expression and in presentation tab check show partial sum checkbox for Article and OrderNumber.
See attached qvw
Thank you for your quick reply. The use of the pivot table isn't user friendly for my users. The view shows also other dimensions and expressions. They have to click per field to see the information when I present the pivot table. I need to use the straight table. I've tried your Aggr(Sum(SalesAmount),Article) in the expression of SalesAmount, but I didn't get the rigth result. Do you have other solutions for me?
