SLicing means that u can get the detail at granule level...

example.. no. of product sale by region wise..

-Country

-States

-Districts

-City

- Area

-Customer Address

so, it is the slicing of the region by product sales....

while dicing means.. (Cut into cubes)

get the same out put from the input..

but here in cube get via... same measures and dimensions
