Slider and font size change in IE

Dear Experts,

I have 2 problems when the end users are using internet explorer:

1. I created a slider in QlikVIew as below:

When opening the file in internet explorer the slider looks as below:

What should I do to have the same values in IE like qlikview designer?

2.     Users are not able to change the font size in IE under Properties --> Layout they are getting a grey field what should I do to let them customize the report using IE?
