Sorting List of Numbers into Chart by Size

Hi,

I have a list of data like the table below, and I would like to express this in a chart with the following conditions:

less than: 30, 90, 180

more than: 365, 730, 1095, 1460, 1825

So in the example table, there would be one number in each category. I think a pie or bar chat would be the best way to show this, preferably a pie chart with each section as '<1 month', '> 3 years' etc.
