Sorting an animated chart

Is it possible to implement a bar chart as implemented in this page (click the run button in the middle of the page):

I have included the attached qvw with some data points but can not figure out the followings:

1- Sort the countries based on Total_Cases value for each time frame so that they move along the y-axis as in the animation above.

2- Colorize each country bar with the same color for each frame frame

Is this doable at all in Qlikview?
