Sorting in Straight Table

Why am I not able to select the Expressions checkbox in my straight table.

That option is for Pivot table where you are unable to move the sort order by expression first. Straight table provide more flexibility, you can just select the expression you want to sort by and move the sort order to the top above all which will make it sort by that expression.
