Specific field selection should effect the Sum(....), elsewise no effect is required

Hi Experts,

In an application, I have one filter with the name "FiscalYear"

=if(GetSelectedCount(FiscalYear)> 0, concat (DISTINCT Mfg_Year, ‘,’), ‘*’ )

=if(GetSelectedCount(FiscalYear)> 0, concat (DISTINCT Mfg_Year, ‘,’))
