Specify size and width of text box in inches

Hello my fellow QlikView friends.  I thought this would be an easy thing to do, but now I'm not sure if it is even possible.  All I want to do is create a text box 8.5" X 11" on my form.  I cannot find where you specify the dimensions of a text box.  Is this even possible?  Thank you.

Text Box > right click > properties > Caption > at the bottom left Width and height
