Stacked Bar Chart: Total on top not working

Hi everyone,

I have a Bar Chart with totals on top of the bars. It was working well on:

  • Qlikview Desktop
  • Web-view from Qlikview Desktop
  • Live environment via Access Point (entreprise).

However for some reason, the sum wasn't working well after a few days.

We increment Daily data to the QVDs. At some point, the sums were summing wrong and giving false results only on the Access Point

(It's like a rendering problem but I'm not sure)

Did anyone have this problem before?

Thanks

Can u check if it is the same document both in desktop and access point.

Last time i faced this problem but in the end came to know the file i'm updating in the desktop is different from file in AP.

Example in my case

Desktop filename: test - 1.qvw

AP file: test-1.qvw

Check if this is the problem in your case

Unfortunately I don't think it's the case.

I modify my QVW on a hourly/daily basis. So whenever I change something, I automatically see the difference in the dashboard. This is how I'm sure I'm using the correct file.

Maybe those extra information might help: The bar chart is stacked and has positive and negative totals.

If you have + ve and - ve values than the total will appear at the top and bottom for the bars respectively   for -ve values did you check the totals at the bottom ??

There is a total at the bottom for negative values and a total for positive value

The issue is that the total add up wrong. The sum is incorrect

I ended up re-building the chart from scratch and so far it's working.
