Hello Everyone,
I need help on this one. Please respond asap- I attached some sample data in which I need to calculate count, percentage, average. I need to show for level column how many are under <24 days, <24 hours >15days<24 days and so on... along with need to show percentage and average. Other words- Y axis need to show level column ( like - Car, Wheel, and so on...) on stacked bar chart need to show count of <24 days,<24 hours,>15days <24 hours and so on, average of 'Values' column for <24 days, <24 hours and so on.. and percentage also. Please let me know if you are not clear on this. Thank you!

Air bag | >24 days | 0.03 |
Condition | >90 days | 12.3 |
Tires | >24 hours | 3.5 |
Wheel | >15 days< 24 days | 3.9 |
Air bag | >24 days | 4.3 |
Condition | >90 days | 4.8 |
Car | >24 hours | 5.4 |
Gas | >15 days< 24 days | 5.9 |
Stereo | >24 days | 6.3 |
Sound | >90 days | 6.9 |
Winds | >90 days | 8.1 |
Finder | >30 days | 4 |
Check | >15 days <30 days | 4.23 |
Gas | >15 days | 5.67 |
Wheel | >30 days | 7.14 |
Condition | >20 days | 8.23 |
Car | >15days <25 days | 9.24 |
Air bag | >15days <25 days | 7.134 |
Tires | >15 days< 24 days | 12.34 |
Sound | >24 days | 17.56 |
Winds | >90 days | 6.78 |
Gas | >24 hours | 9.83 |
Sound | >15 days< 24 days | 9.8 |
the ask is not very clear. for example you want to see how many are <24 hrs when the lowest for time spent is >24 hrs
are you thinking of accumulating numbers for example if one was >15<24 days they count for <24days and also <30 days? from your own example can you show in a table the expected values?
or is the ask to just create a chart likethis:
with legend:
Hello Edwin,
Thanks for the reply!! In the above we saw averages according to the levels with segregation of >90 days, >15 days<25 days and so on.. Like wise I need to show count and percentage also according to the segregation. I am clear now?
I need to show count - how many are under >15 days<25 days for air bag like that. Percentage also >15 days<25 days value divided by total values for that particular airbag. Here in the example :
Aibag is having >15days <25 days and >24 days so we need percentage like >15days<25days/ >15days<25 days and >24 days like that. Please let me know if you need any clear info from my end.
