Stacked bargraph with categories ordered by time?

Hello, I am trying to create a version of stacked bar where the categories (events) within each stacked bar are ordered by time.  Time needs to be shown on x-axis.  The sequence of events (colors) can be different for each stacked bar so can't be presorted.  It should look something like the attached graphic.

I have attached graphic and sample data set.  Any ideas?

It's just a gant chart.

I've created a sample with your data and that looks closer to your screenshot.

This works!

Which expression controls the status colors?  For example, how do I set PRT to GREEN.

Go to the expression Tab.

Expand the plus sign of the expression.

Choose Backgroud.

Now you see the expression that controlls the colors.
