I find the action event. But my problem is in Access Point. When I click the button in browser mode the .bat not run.

Make sure that the file you are launching is located in the server and the button calls for this path (\\server\folder\file.bat), otherwise it will look for it and eventually run in the client's local drive. Besides, check that Macro execution is allowed in server, in the Enterprise Management Console, System, Setup, QlikView Servers, your server, Security, "Allow macro execution on server".
