Store results before reload of data?

Hi all,

I have a data set which gets updated daily. The data set does not have a date field but i can add a date field during the data load.

However, Is there any way to store the results in to a table on the dashboard before i can reload with new data?

For example: the following is a my sales data for 07/26/18

Dataset:

So sales for 07/26 is 35 units. if this data changes to 45 units on 07/27. Can i store the results of 07/26 before I can reload 07/27.

I do not want to keep the data for 07/26 but i just want to store the results.
