Straight table - fixed column widths possible?

Hi All

I have an application I've developed with carefully laid out columns that line up with other tables.

I've unticked size / move in the tables but the users are still able to resize the columns. Is there a way I can set it so the columns are fixed?

Secondary question. I want to add vertical dividing lines every 3 columns, does anyone know how this can be done?
