Hello all,
We have a major dashboard deployed to about 90 users using AccessPoint Version 9.00.7320.7 SR2. Last week, a user requested that we change the formula to correct a calculation in a chart which we did. The report was then republished from the QlikView Management Console and the users were able to see the change...except for the user who requested it. She was still seeing the old calculation. [*-)] We have tried everything possible to correct her access to the correct version but nothing has worked. No one else seems to be affected.
I have deleted her user security for the dashboard and then readded as a user to the dashboard. We have cleared all of the Internet Explorer history, cookies, passwords etc. Even other users can log into her PC session using their credentials and view the correct version of the report.
Nothing seems to work. The user really needs this report corrected. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

I can only offer a couple of guesses:
- could it be that she is accessing a saved local copy of the document?
- could it be that she is looking at a "User Object" that she created herself, prior to the change in the document?
- if you don't have any substatial Collaboration objects, try renaming the "Shared" file and see if it helps.
The user can only open the report from AccessPoint portal. How can she access a local copy? Would the local copy reside on her PC? Thanks for responding.

Also, if a user clones a report, does that create a local copy of the dashboard? Thanks.
Don
Sometimes users are allowed to download a local copy from the access point (not sure if it applies to your installaiton)
