Hi All,
I am working on a sales report and am not sure if I shall use pivot table or straight table. What I am looking for is simple: Salesman's contribution in his team and in company's total sales by percentage.
I could not settle this. Is there a way you could help? I prefer doing this at the front end rather than script side. (I mean not in CTRL+E area)
Thank you very much and best regards,
Piroglu1907
Team | Salesman | Sales AMount | Team Contribution | Company Contribution |
---|---|---|---|---|
G | A | 30 | 33% | 16% |
G | B | 60 | 67% | 32% |
G | Total | 90 | ||
L | C | 25 | 25% | 13% |
L | D | 75 | 75% | 39% |
L | Total | 100 | ||
Total | 190 |
This would be a classic pivot table with 2 dimensions (Team and Salesman) and 3 expressions (sum(Sales), sum(Sales)/sum(Total <Team> Sales) and sum(Sales)/sum(Total Sales)). In the presentation tab of the pivot table properties add subtotals ofr Team and Salesman.
