Subtraction of dimensions in a pivot table.

I have a pivot table which has 2 dimensions and want to add a further dimension which makes me a subtraction of the 2 dimensions that are above. Can this be done in a pivot table?

Not sure about the word "above"

But you can add an expression

Dimension1 -Dimension2

Thanks for your answer, I attached an image to make it more useful, I want to make the subtraction to the field records "Revenue" and "Operating Costs" and display the subtraction in the "Subtraction" field, this in a pivot table.
